Client looking to add an Enrolled Actuary on a fully remote basis. Key requirement is finding small plan experience within candidate's history. Client works with stand alone DB plans as well as Cash Balance Combo plans. Many of the plans they work on are tax shelter planswith an average of 10 participants. Range of plans goes from 1-300 participants. Looking for an actuary who can handle a caseload and ideally function as the actuary and relationship manager. Having some DC experience would be a plus. Most of the role will be checking and reviewing as they have staff who can do most of the work.

Looking for 5+ years of experience with the need for having small plan experience somewhere in job history. EA is a must as well, although willing to consider someone who's close to achieving their EA status as well.
