Currently, we have an Asset-Based Lending Loan Originator opportunity with a fast-growing private lender. The Loan Originator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Managing and expanding your book of business, with a focus on ground-up construction, fix-and-flip loans, bridge lending, and long-term DSCR financing.
- Currently producing $4M+ in monthly volume (approximately $50M annually).
- Proven experience selling asset-based lending (ABL) products.
- Demonstrated ambition, drive, and hustle.
