What Will You Do as Associate General Counsel?
As an Associate General Counsel at Arrived, you will play a crucial role in shaping the legal landscape for a fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing real estate investment. Reporting to the General Counsel in a director-level position, you will be responsible for a diverse range of legal tasks, with a primary focus on drafting securities disclosures, reviewing commercial contracts, team organization and personnel management, and working closely with multiple internal teams to manage product feedback and compliance. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for fractionalized equity and credit investment offerings under Regulation A and Regulation D. This highly cross-functional role will grant you substantial access to product, finance, and investments team leaders, allowing you to provide invaluable legal guidance and support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to stay abreast of the latest legal developments through CLE budgets covered by a membership to Tech DeputyGC, which also offers ample networking opportunities within the legal community.
