Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through a number of different sources.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Utilize our advanced CRM system to manage client relationships and track progress efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate license. License (or be in the process of obtaining one).
• Must possess a positive attitude/outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry (Be Coachable).
• Basic understanding of technology and CRM tools.
