This role plays a crucial part in the successful implementation and management of Smart Building Solutions across a designated region. It requires a strong alignment with IoT and sustainability objectives while overseeing technical operations and vendor performances. You will lead project deliveries and ensure compliance, thereby driving efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating efforts with both global and regional teams, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and compliant manner. This position empowers you to make a significant impact on the landscape of smart technologies within your region.

Accountabilities

    • Own and manage the end-to-end implementation of IoT-based Smart Building Solutions within the region.
    • Ensure all technical operations meet standards for performance, security, and compliance.
    • Lead vendor and project management activities, including RFP development and milestone tracking.
    • Oversee vendor performance and manage escalations for timely delivery.
    • Conduct site audits and service ticket reviews, implementing corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and regional regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain documentation for all regional IoT systems, including SOPs and escalation protocols.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for integrators and suppliers.
    • Prepare and deliver monthly performance and escalation reports.
Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in IoT, smart building systems, or technical operations.
    • Proven ability to manage vendors, projects, and compliance in a multi-region environment.
    • Familiarity with Azure IoT, telemetry systems, and data analytics platforms.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in managing technical documentation and knowledge bases.
