Status: Full-Time Salary FLSA Classification: Exempt

Summary of Position: The Vice President is responsible for the overall development and administration of the programs in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This includes the provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management. The Vice-President is responsible for the continued development of the agency, quality, quality improvement, and to carry-out the mission of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.

Starting salary: $95,000

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in the management and motivation of staff.
  • Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs such as advocate services, community reintegration/re-entry, and alternative to detention/aftercare knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems; Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus.
  • Position requires reliable, insured transportation, current auto insurance coverage, and valid driver's license.
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
  • TRAVEL REQUIRED; Position is based in the Mid-Atlantic Region (New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Philadelphia)
