One of Insight Global's major clients are seeking multiple Land Agents to support their Land Services Department. Selected individuals will be responsible for landowner interaction, survey permitting, and other land easement and acquisition tasks. Day to day responsibilities include:
• Performing alternative route analysis for high voltage utility transmission lines
• Communicating with public officials on a regular basis to notify of land permit acquisition and project progress
• Coordinating with current landowners on potential easements and land acquisition
• Supporting survey permitting, property right acquisition, and potential condemnation
• Participating in conversation with GIS and area mapping subcontractors as well as internal parties

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-7 years of experience supporting land acquisition for linear infrastructure (electric transmission, distribution, oil & gas, etc.)
• Ability to operate a cell phone, iPad, and laptop efficiently
• Superb communication and soft skills - ability to defuse tense situations with customers if necessary
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior Land Agent experience with an electric utility
• Local to state of Georgia
