Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Project Manager with a strong blend of technical expertise in Zscaler solutions and proven project management capabilities. This role will lead end-to-end Zscaler deployments, upgrades, and integrations, working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, security, networking, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of Zscaler-related projects (e.g., ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), from initiation through delivery and post-deployment support.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with security architects, network engineers, and Zscaler support to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing IT/security infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) and cloud security architectures.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls, proxies, etc.).
• PMP, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
