We are actively seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Corporate & Tax / Private Client practice. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with 4+ years of experience in corporate business transactions who is ready to take the lead on complex matters alongside the Firm's Managing Partner. A hybrid schedule and flexibility are available based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate and tax matters for private clients
• Draft and negotiate documents related to business transactions (e.g., M&A, sales, purchase agreements, partnership agreements)
• Collaborate directly with senior partners and clients on complex structuring and transactional issues
• Contribute to matters originated by the Corporate & Tax Team
• Meet a billable target of 1,800+ hours annually

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active California Bar membership
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate law or business transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience with private client services or tax matters is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects

• Competitive salary range: $115,000-$178,000
