Real Estate Portfolio Analyst
As a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst, you'll play a critical role in optimizing the performance and strategy of our $75 million portfolio of office, industrial, medical office, and life sciences real estate. You'll collaborate with our talented teamto model and underwrite value-enhancing opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

- Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
- Compensation: up to $110,000 base salary
- Bonus Package: 10% - 20% annual target bonus

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial real estate
- Proven Argus experience (hands-on working experience, not just certification)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with debt capital markets, loan origination, and mortgage banking
- Knowledge of commercial real estate strategies and market trends
- Familiarity with CRE software and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
- High level of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information
