We are actively hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives for a remote inside sales insurance role. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance agents who want a stable hourly base, uncapped commissions, and long-term career growth in a high-volume insurance sales environment.

This is a work-from-home insurance job with occasional in-person meetings required for candidates within driving distance of Denver, Colorado.

Compensation & Benefits

• $28.13 per hour base pay

What You'll Do

• Quote, sell, and service Property & Casualty and Personal Lines insurance policies
• Handle inbound and outbound insurance sales calls
• Provide consultative insurance solutions based on customer needs
• Explain coverage options, premiums, and payment plans
• Use multiple insurance systems to process applications accurately
• Follow up on underwriting requests and sales opportunities
• Maintain active insurance licensing and compliance

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Personal Lines insurance license
• Experience in insurance sales, inside sales, or insurance call center roles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
• Ability to work remotely while meeting productivity goals
