About the Role

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth? As a Youth Care Worker at our multipurpose home in Franklin, NC, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives. Our residential group home serves adolescents who need guidance, support, and care to overcome challenges. By implementing our proven model of care, you'll help these youth build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care: Provide direct treatment services using our evidence-based model of care.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment: Supervise and support adolescents in a residential setting.
• Collaborate with the community: Work closely with adolescents, their families, volunteers, and community partners to support holistic growth.
• Be a positive influence: Lead by example, inspiring youth to develop healthy habits and decision-making skills.

What We're Looking For

• Age requirement: 21+ years old.
• Education and experience: High school diploma (minimum) and experience working with youth or similar client populations.
• Driver's license: A valid license with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
