Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its growing West Palm Beach office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex and engaging matters alongside a collaborative team of nationally-recognized attorneys.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
  • 3-4 years of substantive litigation experience in a law firm environment, with a focus on employment law.
  • Familiarity with employment statutes such as FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and Title VII is a plus.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise corporate clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Represent employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
  • Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery documents.
  • Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and support trial strategy.
  • Provide strategic counsel on workplace policies, terminations, investigations, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive compensation: includes an annual salary range of $170,000-$175,000, commensurate with experience, alongside eligibility for profit-sharing and a discretionary bonus.
