Job Overview & Responsibilities:
We are a top-tier Oracle Systems Integrator specializing in rapid and effective cloud implementations. We are looking for an experienced Oracle SaaS Enterprise Solution Consultant to join our Sales Enablement team. You'll be the crucial link between sales and delivery, providing the deep, practical expertise needed to design and sell successful implementation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate how our proven methodologies and deep product knowledge can translate into a seamless, high-value deployment for our clients. The ideal candidate will be one who has walked this path before-someone who is a seasoned expert in Oracle's SaaS applications with an understanding of Oracle's on-premise E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft, and a passion for architecting modern, cloud-native solutions in Oracle's SaaS suite. You'll work with clients to drive their digital transformation, architecting cutting-edge solutions across one or more of Oracle's SaaS offerings including Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, and EPM

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to expert on one or multiple SaaS applications including Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, and EPM. You will analyze client requirements and architect detailed implementation plans, including scope definition, project timelines, and resource estimation. Your goal is to design a solution that is not just technically sound, but also realistic and profitable to deliver.
  • Drive the technical and functional aspects of the sales cycle by:
  • Create and deliver powerful, customized demonstrations that illustrate how Oracle SaaS applications can directly solve a client's business problems and how our proven methodologies can take the risk out of implementation.
  • Lead the detailed response to client RFPs and RFIs, contributing to sections on implementation methodology, project governance, and staffing models.
  • Act as a hands-on consultant, advising clients on best practices for data migration, system integration, and change management. You'll build confidence in our ability to execute the project successfully.
  • Work closely with the sales team to accurately scope new projects and provide detailed effort estimates. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring we commit to projects we can successfully deliver on time and on budget.
  • Create comprehensive proposals that outline solution scope, architecture, and implementation roadmaps. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into a clear, phased plan for a successful cloud adoption.
  • Develop strategic approaches for integrating Oracle SaaS applications with other enterprise systems, both cloud-based and on-premise. You will design coexistence strategies that enable clients to modernize their business processes without disruption.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest features and roadmaps for Oracle's SaaS applications. You will serve as an internal expert, providing guidance to our sales and delivery teams to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in a solution architect, pre-sales, or lead consulting role, with a primary focus one or multiple Oracle Cloud Applications.
  • Demonstrable expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Cloud Applications: Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, or EPM applications. You should have a proven track record of architecting and/or implementing these solutions.
  • A solid understanding of legacy on-premise ERP systems, such as Oracle E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft, is highly preferred. This knowledge will be crucial for clients transitioning from these platforms.
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required. You must be able to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and design scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or as needed to client sites.
