Senior Product Manager
Irving, TX - Hybrid

• Preference to candidates in the Irving, TX area but open to candidates that live within 50 miles of the corporate offices in Evansville, IN; Baltimore, MD; Wilmington, DE; or Charlotte, NC
• The role is Hybrid and requires three days onsite weekly, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Experience in managing co-browsing technologies in a product role in the customer care space
• A solid understanding of customer experience insight tools such as digital tag managers, A/B testing tools, Qualtrics, etc.
• Experience building governance models around digital standards (IE testing frameworks, deployment standards, etc.) to be leveraged across product organizations

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced technology-oriented company, with product ownership from idea to execution
• Strong sense for quality and user experience
• Able to properly determine scope, key milestones, objectives and dependencies of a project
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience working in Lending companies or FinTech companies
• Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
• Experience working in an agile environment

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience and at least 1-2 of that as a product manager - preference for Product Managers with experience in supporting customer insight tools, co-browse platforms, and a functional knowledge of data analysis
