We are looking for a proactive Data Integration Specialist with 1-4+ years of experience to join our data engineering team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Matillion to extract, transform, and load data from our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a solid foundation in data integration principles, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. You will play a vital part in providing reliable data that drives business intelligence and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• ERP Data Integration: Support and assist in the development of ETL/ELT workflows using Matillion to move data from ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain) into our cloud data warehouse.
• Pipeline Development: Build, test, and maintain Matillion jobs to integrate data from various sources, ensuring accurate and timely data availability for reporting and analytics.
• Data Transformation: Use SQL within Matillion to perform data cleansing, mapping, and transformation tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, business users, and other data engineers to understand data requirements and assist in the development of solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor data pipelines, identify integration issues, and assist in resolving data discrepancies.
• Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for data integration processes.
• Learning and Growth: Stay updated on Matillion features, data integration methodologies, and cloud technologies to continuously improve skills.

• 1-4+ years of hands-on experience in data integration, data analysis, or a related role.
• Experience with ETL/ELT development and methodologies.
• Some exposure to or experience with the Matillion ETL platform.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with ERP data is preferred, but not required.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
