This firm doesn't just talk trial; they go to trial. A lot. Their founder tries up to 15 jury trials each year-and you'll be in the courtroom right alongside her.

What You'll Be Doing:
This is not your average defense gig. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full caseload of civil litigation matters, particularly professional and general liability
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs that actually get used in court
• Making court appearances and delivering arguments
• Participating in rapid response litigation events-think on-site accident investigations
• Collaborating with seasoned trial attorneys who mentor, not micromanage

You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

• A license to practice in California (Nevada Bar is a plus)
• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• A genuine passion for courtroom advocacy
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills

Compensation:$110,000 - $200,000 base salary
