Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its Charlotte, NC office. This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organize and maintain files; and prepare closing documents. The ideal candidate will possess a four year degree (or the equivalent), with at least 3+ years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role. Paralegal certification preferred; Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

Physical Requirements:

• The work is primarily sedentary.
• It requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• The work requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• The work at times requires bending, squatting, and reaching, with the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light weights.

This position is remote work eligible in the following states: NC, SC, FL, VA, TN, OR, OH, TX, GA, MA, and CO.
