This position is well suited for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, accurate, and practical learning content for global organizations.

In this individual contributor role, you will:

  • Monitor and interpret evolving laws, regulations, enforcement trends, and guidance relevant to corporate ethics and compliance programs, with a U.S.-centric focus and global awareness
  • Track regulatory requirements at all jurisdictional levels (e.g., federal, state, local, and international) that impact Learning Pool and its OTS compliance course library
  • Ensure the ongoing legal accuracy and precision of the OTS compliance course library through review, validation, and updates
  • Serve as the legal subject matter expert for OTS compliance courses from initial scoping through final legal review
  • Provide regulatory interpretation to internal teams, without providing legal advice to customers

  • Regulatory Interpretation: You will have a strong ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance accurately and pragmatically.
  • Content Translation: You will have demonstrated experience translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, accurate, and educational content for diverse audiences.
  • Written Communication: You will be an excellent writer, with a clear, concise, and precise communication style.
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail: You will be highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
