We are seeking a labor and employment defense attorney in Sacramento. You would litigate labor and employment matters on behalf of all of your clients, including several national employers.

You will become an integral part of our employment litigation defense team and help defend single plaintiff lawsuits as well as wage and hour class actions, work directly with clients on strategy decisions, and have opportunities to represent them at hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings.

Salary Range: $185,000 - $300,000 depending on experience. hybrid work arrangement (generally 3 days in the office, 2 days remote) is permissible.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience ideally including some wage and hour class/PAGA experience
• ctive California State Bar admission
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• bility to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
