Cybex is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate at our new SoHo location in New York City. Purpose of the role is to provide excellent consumer service, assess consumer needs and provide excellent demonstration to increase consumer satisfaction, brand engagement and conversion during the whole consumer journey. You will work in an international working environment with a global scope.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent levels of consumer satisfaction through premium brand experience

• Continuously contribute to increase store performance

• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet and exceed store goals

• Offer premium after-sales and additional retail services as well as process returns and exchanges to adhere to cash and profit protection

• Proactively engage with clients to build and maintain store community

• Support maintenance of a premium easy-to-shop environment for consumers and comply with store policies and procedures and security standards

• Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management

• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive sales and achieve store KPI targets

• Support Store Management in ensuring excellent stock and cash management

Profile of qualifications:

• Sales experience in luxury, premium retail or juvenile industry

• Relevant education completed in sales, commercial or similar

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Passion and interest in design & fashion

• Energetic and positive attitude

• Flexibility, strong customer focus, hands-on mentality

• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours according to the needs of business

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & affinity in the usage of POS system

The salary range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour. In addition to the base salary, this position may offer benefits, bonuses, and other forms of compensation. The final compensation offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the specific needs of the role.
