Federal Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager

Job Description:
The Federal Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager will lead complex assessments of GFEBS posting logic and ensure compliance with the USSGL. This includes:

• Conducting quarterly analyses of GFEBS posting logic
• Identifying and resolving non-compliant scenarios
• Drafting and executing SCRs and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Performing root cause analysis on IPA-issued NFRs
• Communicating data categorization issues and SOP updates
• Supporting Army and Service Provider stakeholders in system remediation

• Deep knowledge of USSGL and federal financial accounting/reporting
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication capabilities

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or CPA/CISA/PMP/CGFM/CDFM
• 4 years of experience with federal financial management
• 2 years of federal accounting experience
