Mitsubishi Chemical America's Polyester Film Division is the world's largest producer of polyester film-powering products you interact with every day, from packaging and labels to window film and specialty industrial applications. At our Greer, SC manufacturing site, we're building a high-performance, safety-driven operation, and we're looking for a Packing & Warehouse Manager to lead a critical part of our value chain.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for ensuring our finished product is safely packed, accurately stored, and delivered with the reliability our customers expect-24/7.

What You'll Do
As the Packing & Warehouse Manager , you will lead supervisors, technical support, and training personnel while owning the safety, quality, performance, and continuous improvement of the packing and warehouse operations.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading safe, compliant operations in accordance with OSHA, DHEC, SARA, and internal safety standards
Investigating safety incidents and driving preventive actions
Supporting ISO compliance and audit readiness
Partnering with Customer Service, Films, Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering
Managing warehouse and packing performance metrics and driving improvement initiatives
Developing and maintaining:
Packaging specifications, configurations, and drawings
Standard operating procedures
Training and skill development programs
Providing daily technical and operational leadership to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability
Driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
Leading capital and equipment projects in partnership with Project Engineering
Overseeing:
Weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventories
Receipt, storage, and shipment of packaging materials and finished goods
Claims investigations and follow-up
Supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation through off-hours availability
What We're Looking For
You're a hands-on operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and knows how to lead people, manage systems, and drive results.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Packaging Science, Engineering, or a technical discipline)
6+ years of people leadership experience, ideally in a packing or warehouse environment
Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Comfort working in a data-driven, continuous-improvement culture
Willingness to provide off-hours support for a 24/7 operation
Preferred Experience
Lean / Six Sigma or structured continuous improvement
Polymer film roll packaging or industrial packaging environments
Working in regulated or ISO-certified manufacturing
" The salary range for this position is $90,000-110,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location in this posting."
