Janitorial Team Lead- Evening Shift (IND3)

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Janitorial Team Lead in Greenville, SC to supervise the upkeep of transit vehicles and facilities. This is a great leadership opportunity for someone with hands-on custodial or detailing experience, a valid drivers license, and strong leadership skills.

Important Requirement: Candidates must have a valid South Carolina Drivers License, a 7-year clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and be able to pass a 7-year background check.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (some weekends required)
• Pay: $18.14/hour
• Location: Greenville, SC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, and light servicing tasks
• Ensure facilities (restrooms, break rooms, offices) are kept clean and safe
• Train, coach, and monitor janitorial staff to meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate service and cleaning logs for vehicles and facilities
• Support smooth day-to-day transit operations in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of verifiable custodial, janitorial, or vehicle detailing experience
• Valid SC Drivers License (Class D)
• Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) 7 years required
• Clear background check 7 years required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• CDL preferred, but not required
