How will you make a difference?

You will be responsible for assembling and disassembling assembly parts, and for using tools and equipment needed to perform the operations in an industrial setting. You will make a difference by being a team player and having great listening and communication skills.

  • Hourly pay range $18.50 $18.50 per hour.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Able to work 1st shift hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 1+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment needed for assembly operations.
  • Good listening and communication skills.
  • Team player.

What will your typical day look like?
  • Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures.
  • Assist others with solutions to quality and production issues.
  • Other duties as may be required or assigned.
  • Assemble, test, and inspect according to engineering drawings and test codes.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass the test.
  • Maintain assembly and test equipment as required.
  • Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, and crane as required.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping.

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Environment

The employee works in an indoor manufacturing environment, exposed to production activities including machinery, assembly operations, overhead crane usage, and forklift traffic. Personal protective equipment is required to prevent exposure to workplace hazards.

The job requires written and oral communication skills; reading and interpreting data, information, and documents; analysis and problem solving; math and mathematical reasoning; observation and interpretation of situations; learning and applying new information or skills; and interaction with other employees, customers, and vendors.
