What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled lawn care services along assigned routes
- Evaluate lawns and recommend appropriate services
- Log work and observations using an iPad-based system
- Request customer reviews when service expectations are exceeded
- Generate leads through door hangers and neighborhood outreach
- Earn commission on new customers and service upgrades you generate
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or customer-facing experience a plus
- Hourly pay for hours worked
- Commission opportunities for new sales, upgrades, and converted leads
