Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer across legal, sales, operations, and support roles • Develop clear, compelling job postings and effective sourcing strategies • Proactively source and nurture candidate pipelines • Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience aligned with our firm's values • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offers, and onboarding handoffs • Maintain accurate recruiting records and track hiring activity • Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting workflows, tools, and communication • Support hiring decisions by ensuring candidates align with our standards of excellence, empathy, and accountability Qualifications: What We're Looking For • 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in-house preferred) • Experience hiring for high-trust, professional roles • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates • Sound judgment and the ability to manage priorities in a structured environment • Clear communicator with strong organization and follow-through • Detail-oriented, people-focused, and process-minded Compensation: $68,500 - $75,000

Compensation:
$68,500-$75,000 per year
