Waves Express Car Wash is seeking an energetic, friendly, and reliable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Senior Maintenance Technician. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing critical equipment used in our car wash operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Troubleshooting skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively; especially electrical issues (both low voltage and high voltage). Must have previous experience in electrical up to 3-phase/480v.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, minor, and major maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Carry out preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failure
• Replace and repair motors, pumps, and other equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues
• Weekly Schedule will include periods of time for scheduled work before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM when the sites are closed
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years car wash technician experience
• Excellent electrical & troubleshooting skills
• Excellent planner for PM and completing repair tasks to keep washes at peak performance
• Must be able to weld & possess strong plumbing skills

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000; based on experience.
