Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. Your primary goal is to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure fair and effective resolution of claims and complaints, in alignment with consumer laws.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer service across sales, promotions, and installation processes.
• Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
• Maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers.
• Create improvement plans based on customer survey feedback.
• Support outside sales representatives' requests.
• Answer inbound calls from the phone queue, though the volume is not heavy.
• Perform order entry tasks.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with order entry and processing orders in an ERP system.
• Ability to manage an email inbox.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in medical devices is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Capability to check and validate pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote position requiring residency in the CST time zone. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM CST. A comprehensive three-week training program will be provided.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wood Dale, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
