Essential Job Functions

• Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal.

• Use of hand-held controls to operate an overhead crane in a safe/efficient manner.

• Working with the shipping team and production crew to ensure that parts are moved and staged in accordance with business needs.

• Read blueprints to install copper and aluminum conductors using hand tools and torque wrenches

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently and safely.

• Provide troubleshooting assistance

• Document/report all production quality requirements and any performance gaps

• Provide support for general engineering and electrical activities as required.

• Overtime when our workload demands.
