Hiring for Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians in Liberty Pays Up to $35-$40/hr

As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will perform electrical troubleshooting, diagnose faulty electrical systems, and interpret electrical diagrams. Your role will involve understanding blueprints and schematics for mechanical systems, including gearboxes, sprockets, and belts. You will also troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components such as conveyors, motors, and variable frequency drives, and work with electricity up to 480 volts.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnose faulty electrical systems.
• Understand and interpret blueprints and schematics for mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components like conveyors, motors, and variable frequency drives.
• Work with electricity up to 480 volts.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Apply a systematic approach to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Adapt to new automation technologies and equipment.
• Perform reactive maintenance (90% of the role) and predictive maintenance (10% of the role).
• Conduct PLC troubleshooting, focusing on Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.

Essential Skills

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of conveyors, motors, and variable frequency drives.
• Familiarity with sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with robotics is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and equipment.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position based out of Liberty, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr. 40 hours of PTO in the first year, increasing over time; full benefits including health, medical, dental, and HSA from day one; 6% 401K match.
