Responsibilities:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with loan processes and inquiries.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the loan application process.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales and service goals.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements; training and certification will be provided.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry for all customer interactions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

  • Uphold company standards and policies during all customer interactions.
  • Monitor and follow up on applications to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in managing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Must pass background, drug, and credit checks.
  • Willingness to obtain required licensing, with training provided by the company.
