Digital Marketing Specialist

Greenville Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our marketing automation platform and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage and retain members, and drive revenue growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Enhance member acquisition and product adoption strategies through effective use of digital tools.
• Implement programmatic and operational initiatives via our automation platform and external marketing tactics.
• Develop multi?channel marketing automation strategies that foster member growth.
• Use data and analytics to segment target audiences, conduct A/B tests, and improve productivity, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
• Contribute directly to sales growth by driving measurable impact in our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent certifications.
• Solid understanding of database management concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Technical expertise with advanced marketing automation tools; experience with Strum and/or Prisma platforms is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
  
• Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and develop actionable metrics and reports.
• Creativity, multitasking capabilities, and a results?oriented mindset.
