What YOU will do:
  • Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.
  • Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.
  • Document your work in our trade software, Service Titan, to keep your day running smooth.
  • Pursue certifications if needed - we want to invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
  • Own your route and represent Dipple with professionalism.
What YOU will bring:
  • 1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
  • Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
  • Service Titan knowledge a plus
