Position Details

Job Title: Grounds & Maintenance Technician
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay Rate: $17.24/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles and equipment including pickup trucks, utility vehicles (UTVs), backpack blowers, and pressure-washing equipment.
• Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles; remove litter and general debris.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed.
• Identify, remove, and report potential safety hazards.
• Support operations during inclement weather conditions, including snow/ice removal and maintaining clear roads and walkways.
• Participate in on-call availability as required.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate light-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently or on a team.
