Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute engineering nonconformance case evaluations and disposition in line with business quality goals.
• Interpret case details to select best responsible group ownership.
• Review technical case resolution to support overall engineering improvements.
• Use Lean practices to drive culture, continuous improvement for nonconformance inputs, and workstream productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with gas turbine components, design processes, and/or systems.

• Experience evaluating nonconformances and/or field issues.
• Quality related experience.
