Your impact and the team: As a Project Management Professional, youll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Sr Project Management Professional in Greenville, South Carolina to support our Data Center projects.

By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, youll help our teams achieve our clients objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules for Data Center projects.
  • Provide motivation and direction to project teams and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure project plans align with client goals and company standards; manage risks and issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentors, and leadership to deliver successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • 10 years of experience in managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities
  • Experience as a Project Manager on Data Center Projects
Preferred
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Masters degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field

The base salary range for this position is $130,900.00 to $171,825.00. Within the range, pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and education.
