This role is especially critical for patients who require close observation due to cognitive impairment, behavioral health concerns, fall risk, or other safety-related needs./ppThe Patient Companion is responsible for maintaining a constant presence at the patients bedside or designated area, observing and documenting patient behavior, and promptly reporting any changes in condition, safety risks, or unusual behavior to the nursing staff.
