We have exciting opportunities available in our Production department! Join us and contribute to creating high-quality products using advanced techniques and equipment. Below are the positions currently open:

1. Finishing Operator
   Prepares and finishes production parts while adhering to quality standards and company policies.

   • Follow instructions from Production and Quality teams.
   • Use tools and equipment to prepare and finish parts.
   • Maintain and operate finishing tables and equipment.
   • Load parts and operate quality control devices.
   • Accurately complete required documentation.
   • Support and follow QMS guidelines.

2. Blasting Operator
   Operates blasting equipment (grit and water) to prepare parts for subsequent operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

   • Prepare parts by taping/masking surfaces before blasting.
   • Maintain and operate blasting equipment as instructed.
   • Load parts and use quality control devices.
   • Complete required documentation accurately.
   • Support and adhere to QMS guidelines.

3. Thermal Spray Booth Operator
   Operates the thermal spray booth to apply coatings to parts following shop floor instructions.

   • Operate spray booth systems (HVOF, APS, Cascade, Cold Spray, etc.).
   • Load/unload parts and manage spray booth operations.
   • Monitor spray patterns, flame color, and maintain spray guns.
   • Fill powder feeder and set spray parameters.
   • Support and follow QMS standards.
