Creative Project Manager / Proofreader

We have an immediate need for a Creative Project Manager with Proofreading skills to join our clients creative team. The role focuses solely on print deliverables nationwide, such as in-store signage and flyers. The PM must understand print process details, including print specs and bleed lines, and communicate these with the client and print team. Projects are managed with Aproove project management software (or similar tools such as Monday.com). Proofreading includes asset QA for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple print projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients and print vendors to ensure specifications are met.
• Proofread assets for quality control.
• Keep projects organized and communicate status proactively to all parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of creative project management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple print projects at various levels of the life cycle.
• Proofreading experience for QA purposes.
• Project management software experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively communicate to keep all parties apprised of where things stand.
