HTI is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a high-speed packaging and manufacturing facility in the Greenville, SC area. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a strong benefits package, a clean and climate-controlled facility, and a culture built on teamwork, leadership, and reliability.

You'll join a skilled team supporting daily production by troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing equipment. Ideal candidates bring multi-craft experience (both electrical and mechanical), take pride in their work, and want to lead by example on the floor.

Shift Structure:

• Training Period: 1st Shift (several months for onboarding and ramp-up)
  
  
• Permanent Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday
  
  
• Shift Differential: Additional $1.75/hour once on 2nd shift

• Pay Range: $33.00 - $40.00+/hour based on experience

• Set up, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and conveyor systems
  
  
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment testing
  
  
• Support facility systems including HVAC and utilities
  
  
• Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and PLC ladder logic
  
  
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians
  
  
• Suggest improvements for reliability and scrap reduction
  
  
• Participate in maintenance metric analysis and continuous improvement

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment
  
  
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
  
  
• Familiarity with PLC systems and ability to read electrical schematics
  
  
• Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, drives, and HVAC systems
  
  
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset
  
  
• Ability to work flexible hours based on production needs
  
  
• Must provide own tools
