Summary: Perform the cleaning duties to keep assigned work area(s) in a clean and orderly condition. May work alone or in a small crew depending on situation
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Floor maintenance (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
- Restroom cleaning, sanitation and paper product replenishment
- Trash can emptying
- Other tasks as assigned
- Ability to work with others
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn hazards and safety methods related to custodial operations
- Must be responsible to effectively complete assigned cleaning duties independently
