Position Overview:

As the Manufacturing Operations Director, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and oversee all plant operations. Your leadership will guide our manufacturing teams, ensuring effective supervision, clear communication, and timely corrective actions while recognizing team accomplishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
• Lead and manage plant personnel, including hiring, performance evaluations, and team development.
• Define and maintain operational plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Conduct plant meetings and maintain open lines of communication with all employees.
• Analyze production outcomes and provide insights to relevant departments.
• Oversee the fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining quality and cost standards.
• Champion a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement and staff engagement.
• Represent the company positively in all interactions.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a production environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while remaining adaptable.
• Proficient in SCADA software; analytical skills to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Over 7 years of experience in production management, preferably in food and beverage.

Additional Information:

This role requires flexibility in scheduling, as some evenings, weekends, and holiday work may be necessary. The environment is dynamic, and you will work in a structured, fast-paced production facility. Adherence to safety measures is paramount.
