Entry-Level Welder

Recruiting Solutions is hiring entry-level welders for a manufacturing client in Simpsonville, South Carolina (Greenville County/Upstate SC area). This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering weekly pay, steady hours, and long-term career opportunities in manufacturing. Benefits included:

Schedule:

• 1st shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM (some Saturdays required)

Entry-Level Welder Job Responsibilities:

• Perform aluminum TIG welding and occasional thin steel welding (no work experience required - training provided!)
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment
• Build real-world experience to grow into a skilled TIG welder

Entry-Level Welder Requirements and Qualifications:

• No prior work experience needed
• Welding certificate required (recent graduates of high school, technical school, or welding programs are encouraged to apply)
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
