Head of Sales & Marketing - Greenville, SC (Relocation Required)

Our client, a fast‑growing, multi‑service staffing and HR solutions firm, is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and drive go‑to‑market strategy across all service lines. This executive will oversee all sales and marketing functions, build high‑performing teams, and play a key role in shaping the organization's long‑term growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute the full sales & marketing strategy across all service lines
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand key accounts
  • Lead product positioning, pricing strategy, and go‑to‑market planning
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, proposals, and negotiations
  • Develop and mentor a growing team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Strengthen brand presence, thought leadership, and market visibility
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, performance insights, and competitive analysis

Must‑Have Requirements:

  • 5+ years leading sales and marketing in the staffing industry, specifically supporting manufacturing/light industrial
  • Background with a multi‑location, multi‑service staffing firm (not small/mom-and-pop)
  • Proven success growing revenue, scaling teams, and building GTM strategies
  • Strength in brand development, messaging, and market positioning
  • Strong executive presence and public‑facing communication skills
