What You'll Do

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting management and associates, helping maintain a productive and positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering positive associate relations through clear communication and a supportive culture.
  • Managing the candidate experience by reviewing applications, conducting screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitating onboarding, training, and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintaining accurate associate records and assisting with benefits administration.
  • Supporting performance management and development processes.
  • Addressing associate inquiries and providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners on policies and initiatives.
  • Overseeing the location's safety program and compliance efforts.
  • Participating actively in community events to enhance recruitment.
  • Demonstrating and promoting Rural King's values: People First, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Essential Qualities for Success

  • A minimum of 2 years of HR experience or relevant education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Confidence in adapting communication for diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility in responding to changing priorities.

Physical Requirements
