Key Responsibilities

• Handle diverse civil litigation and employment defense cases
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and prepare various legal documents

Ideal Candidate

• We're looking for a J.D. graduate from an ABA-accredited law school with active California bar membership and some civil litigation experience. Strong writing skills are essential, and experience in medical malpractice is preferred.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus potential
