Litigation Associate Trial & Motion Practice

Base salary: $150,000$165,000 + bonus.

California Bar Required | Fully Remote (CA-based).

An AmLaw 200 firm is hiring a Litigation Associate to join its Southern California litigation team. The role is fully remote for California?barred attorneys and focuses on substantive advocacy work, including trials, motion practice, and case ownership.

Responsibilities

• Work on defence?side litigation matters for national clients.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Conduct depositions and participate in mediation.
• Develop discovery strategy and manage case workflow.
• Prepare for trial and arbitration.

The work includes consumer and product?related disputes. Prior warranty or lemon law experience is not required.

Ideal Background

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Strong experience with motion practice and contested matters.
• Product liability, consumer litigation, or commercial disputes experience is helpful but not essential.
