Someone who meets these essential requirements: Must be at least 18 years old to remain compliant with state and federal laws. Possess a reliable, clean vehicle in good repair with current registration, NC inspection, and insurance. Maintain a valid driver's license on your person at all times. Submit to an MVR report to establish a good driving history within the past 60 months. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
