Responsibility for providing ongoing onsite technical training/application for imaging facilities. Ensures clinical competency and training is maintained throughout the modality, focusing on delivering a positive customer experience. Essential Functions. Assists with standardization and best practice integration ensuring optimization of schedules to ensure maximization of technology usage and patient access. Provides insights on opportunities for improvement across system. Evaluates, selects, and prioritizes modality content development in alignment with imaging protocols and guidelines. Responsible for evaluating educational needs of staff by developing training plans, workflow, access issues and improved image quality program.
